Attributed to Plato

It is a Real-Time Strategy.

  • It was designed for innovation and improvement of the performance of individuals, teams and organizations.
  • Generates 100% participation, which leads to commitment.
  • It is a process in which participants respond to a challenge and series of questions by building 3D models that allow them to represent and visualize complex ideas more clearly, facilitating communication.
  • By sharing the meaning and metaphors of the 3D models, a deeper dialogue is generated among the participants, what leads to break paradigms and obtain results more efficiently.
  • It is a technique that is developed in an environment of trust with a focus on the model, on ideas and strategies, not on the person.
  • It allows to unlock the insights and full potential of the group and, at the same time, connects them and aligns them towards possible future scenarios and solutions.
  • It is versatile, the workshops are designed according to the specific needs of each group.
